History Colorado Presents: Reel to Real


History Colorado and Denver Film have joined forces to present Reel to Real, a four-week series that brings to life Colorado’s history, culture, and communities through film. After each screening, held at the Sie FilmCenter, History Colorado curators, and other experts, will lead a discussion covering the film’s historical context and impact on the state.

Scream Screen is a quarterly (or so) horror film series programmed and hosted by Theresa Mercado at the Sie FilmCenter in Denver, Colorado featuring live music, special guests and outlandish cosplay before screenings of under-seen and classic genre films, on 35mm and 16mm film whenever possible.

Presented by Maxine and Mark Rossman, National Theatre Live is an initiative by the Royal National Theatre of Great Britain to broadcast performances in cinemas around the world. Since June 2009, with the acclaimed production of Phédre starring Helen Mirren, over 1.75 million people have now experienced the work of National Theatre Live in cinemas worldwide.
