Festival Box Office Hours

Box Office open during normal business hours (30 minutes before the first screening of the day until 15 minutes after the last screening of the day begins) until October 27th,

November 1 – 10: open 30 minutes before the first screening of the day at each venue until 15 minutes after the last screening of the day begins

Ticketing Information

The most up-to-date festival schedule, FAQs and pricing are available at denverfilm.org.

Online ticket purchases are available and highly encouraged. Physical tickets will not be printed at the Box Office.

All tickets will be scanned prior to event entry. You may present your scannable tickets on your smartphone, or print them at home.

Before purchasing tickets, please verify your schedule and venue information.

During the festival, the Box Office will open 30 minutes prior to the first screening at each venue.

Attendees must be seated 10 minutes prior to program start time. Late seating is not permitted.

No refunds or exchanges will be made.

Can I buy tickets in person before the festival?

Yes, you may purchase tickets at the Box Office located at Sie FilmCenter during regular business hours before the festival, though physical tickets will not be printed at the Box Office.

Standby Ticket Procedure 

If a screening’s allotment of advance tickets has sold out, there may be standby tickets available. At staff discretion, standby line numbers at each venue’s box office are given one-hour prior to the screening time. Standby numbers will be admitted sequentially prior to the screening on a space-available basis. No discounts accepted. All standby tickets are full price.
